Committee members heard testimony from Department of State and Department of Defense officials concerning the past, present and future of U.S. Bosnia policy. Undersecretary Tarnoff also answered many questions about the U.S. decision not to intervene when it realized that Bosnia was receiving arms shipments from Iran via Croatia in violation of the United Nations embargo. close
