At an Association for a Better New York breakfast meeting, Republican Vice Presidential candidate Jack Kemp spoke about, his running mate, Bob Dole’s agenda for U.S. urban areas. Mr. Kemp stressed the need for freeing up capital through tax relief and incentives for inner-city entrepreneurs. After his speech he visited Cassidy’s Place, a child care center founded by Cathy Lee and Frank Gifford. The program included brief interviews with speech attendees. close
