Ambassador at Large James Collins and Carter administration National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski spoke at the opening of the new Central Asia Institute at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. They said the aim of the institute is to improve understanding of Central Asia, and predicted that region would be an important source of natural resources. close
