Professor Fen Hampson, Carleton University International Affairs Professor is the author of a new book titled, Nurturing Peace: Why Peace Settlements Succeed or Fail. Much of the discussion focused on the U.S. role in Bosnia and Angola among other areas. After the panelists' presentations, they took questions from the audience. close
