Undersecretary Stuart Eizenstadt talked about the stabilization of the U.S. economy during the Clinton administration, quoting many statistics of growth in the domestic economy and in international trade. He described projects to encourage peace in areas such as Northern Ireland through increased economic investment and encouraged freer international trade.
