Questions focused on the president’s and her views on a variety of problem areas and general foreign policy goals and methods, specifically on differences between the Clinton administration and many Republican senators over several issues, including U.S. back payments owed to the United Nations, U.S. Bosnia policy and the role of economic sanctions in diplomacy.
