Former Representative Lou Frey (R-FL), U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress Chair, and several other members of a delegation of former members of Congress which recently visited Cuba released a report on their findings. They briefed reporters on what they saw and what changes in U.S. policy toward Cuba they would recommend. They recommended ending the isolation policy toward Cuba and opening of U.S.-Cuba relations in order to undermine the Castro regime and to prepare Cuba for when Castro dies or his regime ends. close
