Time Warner Vice Chairman Ted Turner talked about issues facing the cable television industry in 1997. He spoke in his capacity as this year’s president of the National Cable Television Association. Throughout his speech, he poked fun at his prepared remarks which were drafted by NCTA staff and provided his differences with their perspectives.
