President Bill Clinton addressed the sixth annual Business Enterprise Trust Awards ceremony. In his remarks, he focused on the need for businesses to provide job opportunities to former welfare recipients, who are required to find work under the welfare reform legislation passed last year. He outlined his proposals to help businesses accomplish this and urged them to be socially responsible and participate in this effort. close
