Scholars, journalists and members of the Bush administration discussed how President Bush handled the abrupt end of the Cold War. This was part of a three-day symposium on the Bush presidency. Northeastern University Political Science Professor Minton Goldman summarized their papers on Bush administration foreign policy and then the other panelists made presentations. U.S. Information Director for the Bush Administration Bruce Gelb also took part. The panelists also took questions from the audience. close
