Former President of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev spoke about his relationship with President George H.W. Bush. Mr. Gorbachev said that his meeting with Mr. Bush at Malta solidified their relationship where they frankly discussed global political issues and developed a mutual trust for each other. He then reviewed some of his more memorable interactions with President Bush. Following his prepared remarks, Mr. Gorbachev took questions from the audience.
