Beginning at about 3:55 p.m. during a speech on the Senate floor on tax cuts. Senator Dan Coats, a major sponsor of the Communications Decency Act, expressed his disappointment with the Supreme Court’s decision ruling the law unconstitutional. He stressed that the Court’s decision makes it more difficult to protect children from indecent material and urged Congress to revisit the issue later this year. close
