The professors and Sen. Kennedy talked about issues of race in regard to the Constitution. The participants gave prepared remarks on President James Madison, education, the Memorial Fellowship Foundation and the development of the U.S. Constitution over the years from it’s inception, through the Civil War, the Civil Rights movement to today. They then held a discussion of the issues. Following their discussion, the panelists took questions from the audience. close
