Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott spoke about U.S. policy in Central Asia and the Caucasus region, the region between the Black and Caspian seas. Mr. Paul Wolfowitz, Dean of the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, opened the discussion and talked about the importance of government policy in Central Asia.
