EPA Assistant Administrator Mary Nichols talked about how the standards were created and their importance in protecting citizens' health. Robert Shinn, Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, talked about the impact of these standards on New Jersey state government and businesses. After the presentations, they took questions from the audience. This was part of the organization’s annual conference. close
