President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore announced plans concerning the memorial that will honor the victims of Oklahoma City bombing in April, 1995. Robert Johnson, Oklahoma City Memorial Foundation Chairman, and Oklahoma City Mayor Ronald Norick discussed the symbolism of the memorial and its importance in the community and the nation.
