The Supreme Court considered the case from 2012: "Zivotofsky v. Secretary of State Clinton", which looked at whether the regulation of passports is a political question that should not be considered in the courts. In an upcoming Supreme Court case, Menachem Zivotofsky, by his Parents and Guardians and Others, Petitioners v.
