After meeting with Secretary-General Annan, the current president of the U.N. Security Council and the Russian ambassador to the U.N., Minister Aziz talked briefly with reporters. He stressed Iraqi objections to the number of U.S. nationals on the U.N. arms inspection teams and that U.S. members are the cause of the current crisis. He also stated that Iraq is concerned that U-2 surveillance flights are for military reconnaissance, not just weapons site inspections. close
