Security Council member representatives met to debate and vote on a U.S.-British sponsored resolution, number 1137, against Iraq for the recent denial of access to U.N. arms inspection teams and threats to U.N. reconnaissance flights. The council voted unanimously to censure Iraq by restricting foreign travels of Iraqi officials. close
