A panel discussion on Health Care Quality Survey provided by Peter Hart Research Associates.

It was conducted in October and questioned 1232 health care professionals. The report indicates that most health care workers see a decline in health care quality due to the closing of health care facilities, the expansion of managed care and the growth of large hospital corporations. It also indicates a perceived problem with declining staffing levels.
