At the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Senator Trent Lott (R-MI) talked about the Republican agenda for the second session of the 105th Congress. He talked about the legacy of President Ronald Reagan and the legacy of the Republican controlled Congress. He also talked about issues on a balanced budget, welfare reform and immigration reform. Senator Lott briefly touched upon the question of integrity in the White House in reference to the allegations against President Bill Clinton. Following his prepared remarks, Senator Lott answered questions from the audience. close
