The Senate passed H.R. 3614 to amend the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1986 and to revise certain requirements relating to drug abuse education and prevention programs. H.R. 3611 was passed to combat international narcotics production and trafficking. S. 804 was passed to conserve North American wetland ecosystems and waterfowl. The Senate continued consideration of H.R. 3628 to temporarily reduce the capital gains tax for non-corporate taxpayers. The Senate began consideration of S. 1582 to amend the Foreign Assistance Act to provide aid to Poland. close
