Xavier Becerra (D-CA) spoke against the actions and statements of several governors and GOP presidential candidates over the last 24 hours. He said that as a son of immigrants, "it hurts" to hear some of what has been said, and that he doesn't believe the governors have the right to do what they're doing. He called for an end to profiling, cited lessons from WWII, and closed by saying, in part, "The ugly part of this discussion is surfacing way too quickly."
