Conclusion of House Oversight andGovernment Reform Committee on the Clinton e-mail investigation - James Comey testifies, and the House Committee reaches a conclusion, but not only reveals that the e-mails were incorrect marked as CONFIDENTIAL, but were retroactively classified by the Committee upon the opening of the investigation, thereby creating the fiasco - the 3 e-mails that were misconstrued as classified bore incorrect markings, which James Comey was not aware of before his statements pertaining to the matter - Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, did NOT mishandle any classified material, and she was sanctioned by executive law (confirmed by the National Archive - written executive law by George Bush administration) to use her personal e-mail for work related activities. Not only did we see this conclusion, but we are made aware that the executive law requires executive employees to save their work related e-mails for FOIA request upon leaving office, which Hillary Clinton did close
