This is the same letter which Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) was formally silenced for reading on the floor of the Senate last night and barred from participating in further debate on the nomination of Senator Jeff Sessions to be attorney general following a ruling that she had "impugned" his motives and character by reading the letter.
