Senator Gillibrand asks Marine Corps Commandant Robert Neller what he's doing to hold commanders responsible for sexual harassment in the Marines. This comes as General Neller testifies on allegations that service members shared nude photos of their colleagues on social media. She refers to complaints about sexual harassment in the service going back to 2013 and asks "who has been held accountable?" He responds, saying the culture of the service has to change. "That's a lame answer," he says, "But, ma'am, that's the best I can tell you right now. We've got to change and that's on me." close
