When Virginia's Govenor Allen decided to trump the EPA's decision to put the Radford Army Ammunition Plant on the Superfund List in 1996, he was incompetent, at best. The children who did not get protection under EPA Superfund in the NRV are still paying the price for a Govenor who thought he knew better than EPA. Do not let this happen to all of America.
