Responding to questions about FBI Director Wray's testimony that his agency had concluded its background investigation on former Staff Secretary last July, Spokesperson Sarah Sanders says that the White House Personnel Security Office had not yet completed its own checks and review of FBI findings as information was still incoming and that it had therefore not made a recommendation to the White House on Porter's security clearance.
