White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders has refused to say if Russia was behind a March 4 nerve agent attack in Salisbury, England, on a former spy and his daughter. Earlier in the day, British Prime Minister Theresa May told the House of Commons that the chemical used in the assassination attempt was of a "military grade nerve agent of a type developed by Russia" and that it was "highly likely" that Russia was responsible for the attack. Home Office officials continue to investigate the matter and the Russian ambassador to London has been summoned to offer an explanation.
