Starbucks' Chair Howard Schultz says the company was "wrong in every way" when a store manager in Philadelphia called the police on two African American men who were meeting there asked to use the bathroom without first making a purchase. "The Starbucks coffee company, the management--and me personally, not the store manager, are culpable and responsible and we're the ones to blame," Schultz says. He also talks about what he did in the days after and he says the country must address the issues raised by the incident. close
