Following their weekly caucus luncheon, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other members of Senate Republican leadership spoke to reporters. His remarks came the day after President Trump voiced support for Russian President Vladimir Putin in a joint news conference following a private meeting in Helsinki, Poland.
