Montana Republican Senator Michael McFaul calls efforts by Russian President to question former U.S. Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul "absurd," saying he welcomed the White House's rejection of the offer made by the Russian leader in Helsinki in exchange for interviews with 12 Russian intelligence agents indicted for their role in hacking into the DNC and DCCC indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
