John Bolton Unveils Trump Administration's New Africa Strategy

In a speech at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C., National Security Adviser John Bolton unveils a newly approved strategy toward Africa. Mr. Bolton highlights three goals of the new strategy: developing trade and commercial ties; countering ISIS and its affiliates; and ensuring that U.S. taxpayer dollars for aid are used efficiently and effectively. "The United States will no longer provide indiscriminate assistance across the entire continent, without focus or prioritization.
