"Here's what we have to do John. We need a two part program, okay, and this is another part. I've created five steps with this President Truth™, and one of the steps that I believe, one of them is 16 Vote®, but the other one, it's a two part process, and it's what I call Democracy Cents™. We need a National Public Service Learning Program, where students from sixteen to eighteen learn about their government, and also provide service, and it's something I've written about, and I've designed, and we don't need to spend money on it. We can have these young people actually doing public service programs, and self-support themselves, and they need to be a watchdog on Congress, so just like in England, and you guys highlighted on your C-SPAN program, they have like a shadow government.
