Pentagon Chief Shanahan Won't Say If Troops Will Be Involved In Detaining Migrants

Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan says it should come as no surprise that the Pentagon would be asked to lend more support to address the situation at the border, saying the military elastic structure enables it to do so. However, he declines to say if troops sent to the border would be involved in detaining any migrants.
