Missouri Democratic Representative William Lacy Clay accuses Ken Cuccinelli, the acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, of cruelty for sending letters to families with sick children regarding their changed immigration status following the administration's decision to end the DACA program. Director Cuccinelli says the agency sends out lots of letters and doesn't look at particular cases when making process decisions. Asked how the families should respond to the letters, Cuccinelli says the families should either leave the country or make their case to stay through the adjudication process, to which Representative Clay responds: "How cruel. How Cruel. Really, really, I don't believe this." close
