House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy responds to a question about Ambassador William Taylor's testimony that one of his staffers overheard a conversation between E.U. Ambassador Gordon Sondland and President Trump, where the president allegedly asked about investigations into the Bidens. Asked if this new information would change his calculation on whether it was an impeachable offense, Leader McCarthy responds saying, "You have a phone call where the president asks about an investigation.
