Bureau of Prisons Director Kathleen Sawyer tells lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee that the FBI is investigating whether a "criminal enterprise" may have played a role in the death of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The financier died in his cell in August while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
