General Robinson spoke encouragingly about the capabilities of Brookings and it being a venue providing time and freedom to think and explore issues. Moderator Michael E. O'Hanlon recommended looking (in the future) to the writings of Brookings' experts on issues of terrorism and counter-terrorism, specifically Bruce Riedel, Daniel Byman and Susan Hennessey.
