Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer dismisses the argument being made by some Republicans that if President Trump evokes executive privilege it would significantly prolong the Senate impeachment trial, calling the argument "flimsy." Senator Schumer says that executive privilege cannot be invoked for someone like John Bolton who has said he is willing to testify.
