Pentagon Spokesman Jonathan Hoffman tells reporters that 34 U.S. troops have been diagnosed with concussions and traumatic brain injuries (TBI) after an Iranian missile strike on a military base in Iraq earlier this month in reprisal for the U.S. drone strike that killed General Qasem Soleimani. Following the missile attack, President Trump said there were no injuries. Mr. Hoffmas says eight troops sent to German have arrived in the U.S. to continue treatment. Nine others are receiving treatment and evaluations in Germany. One soldier sent to Kuwait has since returned to Iraq. And 16 others, who were diagnosed in Iraq have since returned to active duty there. close
