Attorney Jay Sekulow Argues John Bolton Revelations Are "Inadmissible"

Jay Sekulow, one of President Trump's attorney's argues that recent revelations made by in an upcoming book by John Bolton that the president told him aid to Ukraine was tied to investigations into his Democratic rivals should be considered "inadmissible" in the Senate impeachment trial. He also says that even if the events reported happened, they are not impeachable. "An unpublished manuscript that maybe some reporters maybe have an idea of maybe what it said ... If you want to call it evidence, I don't know what you’d call it, I call it inadmissible," Sekulow says. close
