New York Governor Unhappy with Economic Relief Bill

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo again expressed his unhappiness with the economic relief bill approved by the Senate. He says the $5 billion earmarked for coronavirus-related spending doesn't go far enough and doesn't address the state's revenue shortfall as a result of the pandemic. He says when this is over he will give leaders in Washington a piece of his mind about their handling of the state's needs. He again urges Washington to stop playing politics and help those states most in need. close
