Senator Kamala 'Compelling' Harris (D-CA), speaking as the vice presidential candidate and on behalf of the presidential candidate, Vice President Joseph Biden (D-DE), makes a moral case for change. While a few (i.e., < one minute total) of the Senator's remarks may come across as vitriolic, her case is persuasive. She systematically deconstructs and deflates the Republican apologetics and the President's excuses for the mismanagement of the coronavirus contagion and the oppression of minorities, particularly Blacks, which neither they, nor their White countrymen, can or should countenance. Senator Harris remains 'decisively cautious' in not condoning the street violence which appears not to have its root in the Black Lives Matter movement.
