During a campaign event in Warren, Michigan, to tout his plans for growing the manufacturing sector, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden accuses President Trump of lying to the American people about the seriousness of the coronavirus in the early days of the pandemic, calling it a "dereliction of duty" and a "disgrace." The former vice president's comments come as the Washington Post reports that President Trump told Bob Woodward that he downplayed the threat of the deadly virus which has claimed the lives of 190,000 since March.
