FBI Director Christopher Wray says his agency has not seen a national voter fraud effort by mail and says it is something that the FBI would investigate aggressively if that were the case. However, he says there has been voter fraud at the local level, but adds that fraud on a national scale would require a major effort by the actors undertaking the threat. "Certainly to change a federal level outcome by mounting that kind of fraud on that scale would be a major challenge for an adversary, but people should make no mistake, we're vigilant as to the threat and watching it carefully because we're in uncharted new territory," he says. close
