Senator Manchin Comments on Keystone Pipeline and Impeachment

West Virginia Democrat and incoming chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee says he has a difference of opinion with the Biden administration on its decision to stop the building of the Keystone XL pipeline, saying he'd prefer the resources to come by pipe rather than by road. He also weighs in on Tuesday's 55-45 vote to table a motion by Senator Rand Paul challenging the constitutionality of the impeachment of a former president, saying, "We can see the politics of yesterday, kind of the vote lined up, you pretty much know where it's gonna go." close
