Pentagon Says It's Not Tracking Service Members Who Refuse Vaccine

Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby says the Defense Department is not yet tracking the number of service members who have or are refusing the COVID vaccine, but says that the acceptance rate within the Armed Services mirrors society at large. Mr. Kirby also says that Pentagon has administered nearly all the doses it has received thus far and expects to top one million by Friday. He says 644,762 service members have received their initial dose, while 271,813 have been fully vaccinated. close
