At a coronavirus briefing, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice (R) announces his administration is lifting capacity limitations on restaurants, bars and small businesses. Restaurants and bars will move back to 100 percent seating capacity, but social distancing and mask-wearing guidelines will remain in effect. "Again, I'm not a fan of the masks, but at the same time we know they saved a lot of lives," Governor Justice says. close
