Targeting Corruption Key to Stemming Northern Triangle Migration, Vice President Harris says

In a speech to the Conference on the Americas,, Vice President Harris says that tackling corruption will be key to stemming the flow of migrants from the Northern Triangle countries of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico, and warns that the there will be little or no progress until the issue is addressed.
